Your Job or Your Life

Again, don't attack me for pointing out the rule. You made a vulgar post about his family member. Context has nothing to do with it. If its reported, you'll be educated.
Would seem you are a cohort of his.

Store Clerk was trying to ecsape by running away when the thug grabbed her from behind. 7-11 claims they fired her for using her own gun. She is a hero & 7-11 will be sorry.

Yeah ...
... she was supposed to use the gun 7-11 provided ...

Nice to see how 7-11 cares for their employees.

She is getting a good case for a civil $uit.
I have another reason never to go into a 7-11 again.

Only criminal minds will say and believe this sort of garbage;
"... she gave him a reason to choke her out. "

Just like the short skirt and plunging neckline gave him a reason to rape her.

I get it, attack me because I won't wave the white flag and pretend there were no other options.
You have to come up with some stupid shit about attempting to justify rape, and for what?

All I did was talk about company policy, and guess what, the company fired her for not following policy.
I hope she finds another job; I was serious she could probably get one at the ammo counter at our local range, and I am damn sure not trying to save her job at 7-11. They obviously didn't appreciate her actions.

As has already been established, you don't even need Monopoly money, you can just walk out the door and skip the register.
I've a friend who saw a couple of guys doing something like this from a Home Depot a few years ago.
He followed them to their car, then shot out two of their tires.
He might have reported their thefts to the police.

You shouldn't have gone there ^^^. Mods take a dim view of this.
Yup .. used to get banned (okay just threatened) for that but alas a permissive lawless society and disrespect is seemingly here to stay and will get liberally and inevitably worse.

(A knuckle dragging liberal future)

Just identifying you for what you truly are.
Typical of criminal minds to see honest assessment of them as an attack.

I remember a while back someone at Home Depot got fired for an encounter that didn't go well regardless their desire to stop theft.

I do carry, but you probably won't find me attempting to shoot out tires on fleeing car in a public parking lot. I guess I am just too stupid and worried about innocent bystanders. I need to eat more Wheaties I guess, and then I can be a gunslinging hero.

At three o'clock in the morning Stephania Dilyard was alone working her graveyard shift at 7-11 when a man walked in trying to pass off a counterfeit one-hundred-dollar bill. When she refused to take the fake cash he came behind the counter, wrapped his hands around her throat and began chocking her. She pulled out her gun and shot the SOB. 7-11 then fired her for protecting her life. I don't know about you, but this has got me pissed off. I will be calling the 7-11 head office in Texas as soon as it opens and you should too. 800-255-0711
BTW,
Since some are squaking about forum policies, you should have documented what you present as "fact" in this OP of yours.
Note also it wasn't "at three o'clock in the morning" ...

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. (KOKH) — Stephanie Dilyard, a former 7-Eleven clerk, faced a terrifying ordeal when a man attempted to strangle her after she refused to accept a counterfeit $100 bill for purchases.

The incident occurred just before midnight on Thursday.

Dilyard recounted, "He threatened me, and said he was gonna slice my head off, and that's when I tried to call the police. He started throwing things at me, came behind the counter. I tried to run off, but he grabbed his hands around my neck, and pushed me out of the counter space, and that's when I pulled out my gun and I shot him."

7-11 says she has to use items in the store.

I guess those would be pepper spray, can goods & hot coffee.

7-11 didn't protect her with a barrier or security, so I hope she wins large civil suit.

Oklahoma is a stand your ground state. Too bad she didn't finish him off!

The car wasn't fleeing.
It was parked, the thieves were unloading the loot into the car.

You have a poor grasp of facts and a ready to exaggerate or fabricate your own.
BTW, I don't believe a word of your post. I doubt you have a license to carry.

Yeah, because every public parking lot is excellent place to run around shooting stuff. Thanks for the clarification hero, I'm taking notes now,

But he asked her to open the till & make change for a fake $100, that would have came out of her pay. Store policy doesn't say she must make change for counterfeit. She was running away when attacked. 7-11 is liable.

It's all on camera, and store policy is not to be a hero. But I wouldn't expect people would have the wherewithal to figure out how things could have been different, and it is easier to just ***** about how nothing worked out for the better for anyone.

Sorry she had to go through the mess to get fired, good luck to her finding another job.

I'm nobody's cohort. I've been taken to the woodshed by the mods for exactly the same thing that I warned you of. IDGAF, it sounds like you've got a chip on your shoulder today. Whatever.

She won't need another job with 7-11 paying her unemployment, legal settelment & Go Fund Me money rolling in.

Great then, she won the legal lottery. So, what it is you're bitching about again?

I personally hope she can find a better job, although she'll probably be an overnight YouTube influencer and worth billions any moment now.

Truth be known, most convenience stores have policies to not accept large denomination bills.
