Well, what? What someone is worth, and their wealth are two different things.

When the IRS estimates wealth, at least now, it’s based on what they actually have, not unrealized wealth.

The reason they do that is because the only tax for irs purposes, that the Feds are concerned with wealth is the death tax.

Harris wants to add an additional tax, taxing unrealizd cap gains, like the equity in your your home
