You could buy a new truck for $7K...if it wasn't for greed.

Debt slaves...it is only a dream. Greed precludes its import.

These things are unsafe ... crash into anything and say goodbye to your legs ... 1/4 ton rating ... why it's only two passenger, not four or six ... I'm not saying my 1/2-ton Tacoma is better by far, but better by a little ... it has air bags, good brakes and it's street legal here in The West ...

That $7k doesn't include the Chicken Tax ... now does it? ...

For sure. I own one only because most of my heat comes from a woodstove. The truck is a 2022 model that just turned 10,000 miles, but most of the time I only carry sailboat fuel.

I still work construction here and there so the pick-up bed for plywood/drywall is a must ... it's a balance between 25 mpg and 1/2-ton payload capacity ... way too expensive to haul firewood, so rent a U-Haul van and grossly overload it ...

Toyota trucks are manufactured here in the United States ... so no Chicken Tax ...

Use of the expression "corporate greed" is kind of a tip off. The speaker is an economic idiot. The alternative expression, "corporate altruism" does not exist.
