As an criminal illegal alien in this country, someone who ignored / disrespected out law / the existing process / current laws and simply cut in lie and hopped a fence to come here, with the intent of helping yourself to my hard-earned tax dollars to simply GIVE you free food, free medical care, free housing, etc...You are entitled to ICE enforcing our laws, arresting and detaining you, and then forcibly removing you from our country. You are NOT entitled to be given a court date for a hearing years in the future and simply be released into the United States on your own until that court date, which we HOPE you will show up for.....

Filing for Sanctuary must be done either at am embassy in your home country or in the 1st country you come to once out of your home country - MEXICO, for example, not traveling through Mexico to cross into the US to do so. Fail / Refuse to do that & you are GONE!

I personally would mandate E-Verify to confirm citizenship of all employees.

If they get caught attempting to cross back again or is caught in the US illegally they automatically lose any right / chance to become a US citizen.

Create a nation-wide central databank shared by all local, state, and federal agencies so they can share files, records, data on Illegals in the US. If you want to 'bring illegals out of the shadows' then make sure you keep them there.
