But.......the democrats insist they will not resort to voter fraud...that, they say is one step too far.......

VA Governor About to Allow Thousands of Convicted Felons to Vote

Arguing that we need to overcome a “horrible history” in denying voting rights to African-Americans, the liberal governor is about to overturn a law dating back to the Civil War that denies convicted felons the right to vote.

Gov. Terry McAuliffe of Virginia will use his executive power on Friday to restore voting rights to more than 200,000 convicted felons, circumventing his Republican-run legislature. The action will overturn a Civil War-era provision in the state’s Constitution aimed, he said, at disenfranchising African-Americans.

The law will offer the right to vote to felons who are even convicted of murder and rape.

Once they are done voting, they will be allowed to go back to their lives of crime and violence....

People who want to get things they didn't earn, are the democrats' largest contingent.

No they are not...wait...holy shit they are!

Someone must have noticed that most convicted felons are democrats.

The push toward Socialism has no morals; no standards; & it knows no limits.

The Governor of Virginia is a prostituted acolyte of the Clinton Crime Family....this will get them an extra 200,000 votes for the Socialists, who for now--solely for political expediency--still call themselves Democrats.

We are watching the America, which became the greatest society in the history of the world....just fade away into a common Banana Republic, run by Castro-like Clowns.

Fuck Barack Obama and Fuck the Clintons.

The Governor is allowing those who have completed their prison time and parole to vote. There are only 12 states which disenfranchise such people.

Once you do your time, it's only punitive to withhold someone the right to vote.

Yup.

I was a violent felon and after completing my prison term & parole I was allowed to begin voting again. My first ever vote was for Perot
Contrary to the op I have never voted for a Democrat on a national level.

I spoke to several felons in the pen and they all swoon over hillary clinton.

Hmmmmm, that's what law is: punitive. Losing your right to vote is part of the deal.

Yep, to me that is losing your right to vote while in prison and you know...getting locked up. After you are out there is not real reason to continue to deny someone the right to vote.

Exactly why shouldn't felons who have served their sentences be allowed vote?

Why shouldn't we encourage those who we have released from prison- to become responsible citizens?

Not in Texas. Or Georgia. Or Louisiana. Or South Carolina. Or North Carolina. Or Maryland. Or West Virginia.

So why not Virginia?

because they were smarter - until they elected that douche bag McAuliffe, that is.

We all know the only reason the governor did this is the fact that they will vote Democrat. If they voted Republican, he would never have done it.

"Because they were smarter" isn't an answer.

Sure there is. They have demonstrated they lack the competence and the moral fiber to participate in the democratic process.
