Brewers Fans Outraged After Yankees Break the Rules yet Again
After breaking the rules to beat the Brewers last year, the Yankees are at it again
An outfielder from the Yankees stops a ball bouncing off the outfield fence with his hat, which is against the rules but not called by the umpires. It kept the runner on second instead of third where he was going, which changes the entire course of the game.
Are such calls oversights, or is it in the interest of MLB and the media to promote the bigger money teams to victory because there is more money to be made in the larger markets?
In fact, is this why MLB baseball is structured with the big money teams and small money teams? How is it fair that the Yankees spend more on their bull pen than most teams spend on their entire ball club?
