but wrong to support the terrorists instead of your own people after the war started

Guy, there were no terrorists in Iraq until Bush invaded. Then Iraq became the go-to place for terrorists because you can't lock down a 169KSM country with only 100,000 troops.

So Bush created a largely UNNECESSARY problem, spawns more terrorists, let's Bin Laden get away in Afghanistan, and I'm the bad guy because I'm not blindly supporting the stupidity.

It should not take 6 years to undo a bad idea. This was my point.

We should have been out of Iraq five minutes after we realized Saddam didn't have WMDs.

Instead, we surged, we drew down, we surged again. If we are lucky, the last troops might FINALLY be out of there next year.

No, I will protest a foolish war that America shouldn't be in.

If China invades Taiwan, it's a bunch of Chinese fighting over what kind of government they should have. It's really not our business. Just like it wasn't our business when it was Afghans or Iraqis or Vietnamese or Filipinos.

What we need in our foreign policy is something like the Prime Directive from Star Trek. We don't get involved in the internal affairs of other states.
