The IP address can be spoofed....that's a standard protocol for DOS attacks.

It doesn't mean that it came from Ukraine....just that they want people to believe it is Ukraine. It could be North Korea on behalf of CCP. Musk is definitely keeping what he knows close to his vest. The bit about Ukraine is just a red herring. Because he is involved in trade with many nations and currently working in the US Federal Government.

So....it would be interesting to know exactly where this stuff is coming from. (Russia? N Korea? Iran?)

But I think it has something to do with forcing Zelenski to negotiate a peace treaty with Russia.

What if....
China was really getting horny for Taiwan and steals all the chip fabs there.
Nobody will have a computer chip unless China sells it to them. Not to mention the outright theft of the production plants and equipment. (Trillions of dollars)

What if we needed and wanted Russian help for this? To stop the steal or at least delay it a bit. And having a Dead and defunct Russia is not going to help anyone with anything. And Russia is in dire straights in their war with Ukraine. Manpower, trucks, ships, trains, and munitions. No different from what Ukraine is.

The EU has demonstrated their incompetence and ineptness since this Ukraine conflict has begun. From weapons to munitions...complete bafoonery. Only Poland has the stuff. And they aren't enough. Because a war with China is gonna be dirty and brutal.

So.....
We actually need BOTH Ukraine and Russia to figure it out and rebuild, restore, and replace their infrastructure and then go beyond to restore their militaries.
