This year's taxes from wind-generated electricity are the tip of the iceberg to state and local coffers.

Lol Wyoming. If I lived there I'd be soooo republican. Because you can pretty much live your entire life and never encounter anyone else from the other 49 states, or from other parts of the world. And that's the ultimate republican atmosphere.
