Holy shit....Putin is just taunting America now. Russian fighters buzz the US Navy's USS Cook at an astoundingly brazen distance said to be at times only 75 feet.

Happened during a NATE drill with Poland. Navy was drilling on landing helicopters on the ship when the Russians orchestrated the "simulated attack". The Navy commanders canceled the drill due to the incident.
