Man, if you did not see the end of the Bears vs Packers game, you'll be kicking yourself!

At the top of the 4th, it was still something like Green Bay 16, Chicago 3. I was stunned. Chicago with only a FG going into the 4th? I guess Green Bay aren't no slackers!

At that point, I would have bet anything it was Green Bay's game. I mean, Chicago would get one opportunity, maybe two, it would have to be a perfect game for the Bears to pull out a win now.

But Chicago managed to fight back to tie the game. First thing to impress me: Chicago PASSED on an opportunity to go for 2-points and win the game for a sure chance of tying it with a FG, banking on winning it in OT.

THEN

After winning the coin toss, they PASSED on getting the ball first, letting Green Bay have it, banking on their ability to stop the Packers, then get it back and take the game.

And that is just what they did, winning the game scoring a TD in OT.

Best Bears game I ever saw. Bears are knocking on the Super Bowl.

Fantastic news! The Bears are my favorite team and it's great to see them beat the Packers. Thanks for the post!

Not that the Packers are not pretty good, but when I saw the Bears with only 3 points late in the game, I was shocked. I've had the Bears as one of three NFC teams I think most likely to win the conference this year.

I stopped watching it when it was clear the Packers had won it by a large margin. I grabbed a bite to eat from the kitchen and my son in law said what you said. I went back to my own TV and turned that game back on. An amazing finish. But this is not normal for the Bears.

The Bears were fortunate to win the game. A botched onside kick by the Packers opened the door for the Bears. I thought the Packers outplayed them and deserved to win.

The Packers best players were out of the game and the Packers still dominated until the last two minutes of the game. The Bears will be one and done in the playoffs.

It seems Seattle. S.F., L.A., Packers, Chicago are currently playing for the top two seeds in the NFC playoff bracket. With one winner from each division in that position. The Wild cards in the NFC are going to have great season records this year.

The Packers have too many injuries but might sneak into the playoffs.

I don't watch much pro sports these days but happened to catch this game flipping through the channels.

It was definitely one of the best games I've seen in years.

That backup for Love looked pretty good. Looked like starter material for any team that might be looking.

It was a game the Packers should have won. What a bizarre ending.

The Bears never lost confidence in themselves. Against all odds, they forged ahead from far behind twice gambling on their strengths to defeat GB in the end while not risking any opportunities.

The Bears showed me a lot of character.

The only reason the Bears won is because of a botched onsides kick mishandled by Romeo Doubs. They were outplayed the entire game and got lucky at the end.

Yes but the fact is they won. Luck is a recognized factor in the game. At the top of the 4th I had Chicago written off as too far behind to make it back before the game was over.

A good team with luck behind them often beats a great team with no luck or bad luck. That QB for Chicago is one to look out for and IMO, highly under-rated. Fact of the matter is that both teams went into OT even scored, and the Bears got it done and the Packers didn't.

The Packers are the better team.

Maybe they are but the Bears have the better record. Apparently the Bears are the luckier team of the two.
And in the end, all that counts are records.

I'm not impressed with the Bears. They will make the playoffs but won't reach the Super Bowl.
