There are parents in this country not charged with a crime that the state will come in and take their children and keep them separated until the state investigates,

The links I looked up was saying they were processing them however they had to stay on the Mexican side of the border until things could be processed and they could only process a couple a day and it took about 60 days and two court hearings.

So I am not sure what source you were using, mine was the federal governent’s immigration website.
