Worst foods and describe them

When you cook baked beans, you must add a knob of butter.

I make baked beans from dried beans if I'm feeding a crowd.

Soak overnight, boil 1 hour.

I season with 1 large onion minced. 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar. A bit of salt. 2 tablespoons catchup.. Tabasco to taste. Pour into a casserole. Criss cross with bacon. Cover with foil and slow bake 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I have never put butter in my baked beans
Try it. To enhance baked beans, add a knob of butter, makes a world of difference. Same with soup, after it's heated up, put a lump of butter in, I can guarantee it you will hunt out a spoonful of soup with melted butter in it. Many top chefs do it too. Fats give food flavour, that's why you should always buy the rib-eye with the most fat in it.

Capers, even on a pizza, just not struck on them, just tiny minging lumps.

I always use Capers in Greek spaghetti with olive oil and garlic.... cherry tomatoes, Klamata olives and Feta cheese.

Poached eggs, I know there are plenty of people that swear by them but I think it just looks disgusting..

About the only possible canned anything that is edible is black beans

Durian fruit smells and tastes like shit. It "looks like mayonnaise and body parts."
Surstromming is fermented herring. The recommendation on the can is open it under water to limit the overwhelming smell. Ignoring that recommendation can lead to instant severe regret and nausea.

I work in a restaurant that you would call fine dining. We do a pre-opening meeting before the restaurant opens at 5pm. One meeting, my manager and the cook presented Chilled Grape Soup. Before I knew what it was, I thought it was some kind of dessert. But it's presented as an appetizer. It looked and tasted so unappetizing that I barely or didn't even mention it to my customers.
