April 2017 the World Bank released this information in their report on population growth in the world. China is the most populous country in the world rankings are topped one billion and 137 million people on its territory place. Pakistan 6th and Iran ranked 17th in the list.
1st China with a billion and 371 million people, which is 66/18 percent of the world population
2nd India's one billion and 311 million people, which is 85/17 percent of the world population
3rd America, with 321 million people, equivalent to 38/4 per cent of the world population
4th Indonesia has 258 million people, equivalent to 51/3 per cent of the world population
5th Brazil has 208 million equivalent to 83/2 per cent of the world population
6th Pakistan has 189 million people, equivalent to 57/2 per cent of the world population
7th Nigeria, with 182 million people, equivalent to 48/2 per cent of the world population
8th Bangladesh, with 161 million people, equivalent to 19/2 per cent of the world population
9th Russia with 144 million, equal to 96/1 percent of the world population
11th Japan with 126 million people, equivalent to 72/1 per cent of the world population
