The fast food industry created this problem by permitting long terrm employment at these low skill jobs. Many industries have an up or out policy. Fast food should too. Some workers are complaining that they have been at the same job for 20 years. That's not a problem with the company. It's a problem with the worker.

These guys obviously have no grasp of economics, because if they did, they'd know that increasing the minimum wage would hurt them (in the form of layoffs to pay for increased drain on profits) and consumers (in the form of higher prices).
