The population in the US is around 314 million people, with 51% of those being women. Women in the US have a lower obesity rate, but we will ignore that. 51% of 314 million people is just a shade over 160 million women. 33.9% of them being obese is 54,287,460 women. That leaves 105,852,540 women in the US that are not obese.

It would be nice if these statistics weren't out of date, but rolling time back, your calculations would be correct. What we are generally afraid of is that all these numbers have a positive derivative to them, and now they have already worsened to 75% in the USA, and worldwide Americanization exports it ever faster, to the detriment of the entire world.
