The Clintons pushed the first female carrier pilot through school even though she was unqualified and she finally destroyed herself and her plane in the most out of control carrier landing anyone had ever seen. When one is in the military, there are some limitations on a member's "1st Amendment Rights".

They are still fully allowed to express them, but only as an individual and not as a representative of the US military. For example, it is perfectly fine to take part in a peaceful protest march, a political rally, or to write a "Letter to the Editor" to state your opinions. But it is illegal to participate in a protest or rally while wearing their uniform. Or to explicitly state in an editorial comment that they are members of the US military.

Each branch of service has their own specific regulations about this, but in the end it all boils down to Department of Defense Directive 1334.10.

So the moment she used her military e-mail and sent this to multiple individuals on a military e-mail chain as the Commander, she was in clear violation of DoDD 1344.10, as well as other applicable orders and regulations. And it would have been just as much of a violation if she had sent this out praising the President and Vice President, and encouraging all to do whatever they can to support them.

"1st Amendment" does not apply the same way to members of the military as it does to everybody else. You still have the exact same rights, but one must be very careful to not use what could be called "Collar of Authority" when expressing them. In this case, that is what she violated. If this had been say a Facebook post under a personal account not connected to her military service, it would have been fine.

I want to expand on this, because it actually is something I dealt with many years ago.

Back in 1983 when I first joined the Marine Corps, there was a bit of ceremony about it and we were sworn into the Marines by US Senator Pete Wilson. Fast forward 8 years, and Pete Wilson was elected to Governor of California.

I wanted to attend the ceremony, and asked up my chain of command if I could attend in my Dress Blues. I felt the need to ask because on my base there was a Sailor that got into trouble for going to a campaign stop a few months before. And at base legal they told me that as he had already been elected and was simply being sworn in, attending such in uniform was perfectly fine.

But if I had attended such a rally before election during the campaign it would have been illegal.

However, this is where it gets interesting. Unless the event was a formal one, such as a "Black Tie" event. At which time wearing my formal dress uniform would have been allowed as such events are generally not "open to the public", and formal dress uniform is the same as a suit or tux for civilians.

But when one is in the military, they have to be very careful in how they say or do things. 99% of the people out there can freely go up to their boss and call them a piece of digested food and that they should go fornicate themselves. After all, the worst that can happen is you get fired. Do that in the military, you can actually get punished. Including actually getting locked up in jail.

Alot of men are denied in this modern era of decline. You can make as many Woke TV series and movies as possible and anything else you want, in the end the people who are the real mover and shakers are mostly white men in the Western World. And you have removed a limb and even some spines. The rocket launch with the 6 women today was just one piece of proof. Jeff Bezos created the way for them to be praised and adored by the Prog controlled press. We need to use common sense for what we do to advance the human race. And then that takes all of us of all ways of living.
