Women generally make less than men in many job titles that they hold due to many factors involved, but they work just as long and hard as men do when it comes to their contributions to the job markets. They've been loyal participants in the job market's as "citizen worker's" just like men have been for many year's.

So, should women qualify for the same pay as men once they apply for their social security ??? Should they be discriminated against because they are women in one final blow to them after they had dedicated their lives to working to M.A.G. for the many year's that they loyally held those positions, and in many cases they became or were the backbones that men relied upon in those positions when held ???

False women make the same as men in the same job. Women get more SS because the live longer.

Why does the government try everything that it can to disincentivize the American social security recipient from going forward and living their lives working and living as they always have, otherwise working and paying into the system like they always have if they want to draw a social security check that was well earned ????????

Just because they want to draw a check that they've earned over the last 40+ year's of working, why are they being punished for it if they want to contribute but add to their income and check by staying active in the system ??????

The bull chit hoops and rules the government tries to apply as if no one truly earned the check that they've earned is a slap in the face to every senior that has ever worked and done the right thing in this country.

It's like the government has made up rules in hopes to basically say to a retiree that if they attempt to draw a social security retirement check, then they will be forced to be poor because the money doesn't keep up with the rate of inflation much less the value of a worthless dollar. And then if the retiree wants to remain full time at work, and paying into the system as they always have, then they will be penalized by the government for doing so if a check that the retiree earned is issued in the full amount against them working and trying to stay relevant in society still.

Is everything corrupt or written with corrupt intent ???

Who created the retirement rules and game being run on the American taxpayer's in America ? Was it Democrats or Republicans or both ?

SS Is a supplement your not supposed to live on it. Youre supposed to create a private retirement plan. If you didnt thats on you

The benefits are based on taxes paid. There is no discrimination.

Should they be discriminated against because they are women in one final blow to them

They aren't.

They live longer, on average. Collect benefits longer.

The rate of pay from Social Security is based SOLELY on lifetime contributions.

Gender has nothing to do with anything.

Social Security the biggest Ponzi scheme in history. If we held the politicians to the standards that we hold the private sector everyone of those motherfuckers would be in prison for a very long time.

😆 Yeah they might if they live longer, but who has that crystal ball ? Should that be factored in if they don't know that ??

So sometimes, and sometimes not... Jobs are not about physical duties only, where as they consist of many factors where women sometimes excel in area's men don't or rather they don't want too. Should women be less if they do job's that men don't desire or want to do ???

So it truly comes down to what a person allocates for the job title in pay and benefits, and this may not be relevant to the overall profits or bottom line of the company. I am being biased here because I watched my wife work so hard in the job she worked, and she was paid less than the men who didn't work any harder, and their jobs weren't anymore technical or stressful, but they got more pay because they were men. So not only was she held back in pay then, but she is also being penalized in her social security check amount because of being a woman that was underpaid in her job career fields.

Perhaps she could have found a better job, increased her ability, or used her judgement to make more. Its free country and on the end you make what youre worth not what you think you need.

It's the truth you speak, but it goes back to what the employer's did to the employee that determined the amount of check received once retired.

Women just need to truly be aware of the situations they are in, because it will affect them big time come retirement time.

Every employer is required to deduct the SS tax at a specific rate on the basis of income, that is true.

But that should not be a reason to make claims that women are getting screwed.

Today, more and more men are giving up on being treated equally in the halls of higher education and opting to go straight from high school into a trade that will pay them six figures within 10 years, thereby avoiding the burden of the exorbitant cost of school.

Which means that you have to place any discrepancies in retirement to the individual, not the system.

That's the old stand by excuse ready to throw when the issues of gender discrimination is in play within companies. Employers depend on the excuse maker's like you to get the heat off of them.

Many factors are involved in employment or job's that are suitable to one's geographic locations, distances traveled, skill sets and more, but if an employer decides to exploit these factors for self benefit or for bottom line pumping, then the possibility of abuse can take place due to leverages that are applied due to these knowledges.

It should only be based on their income and contributions to the system, same as men.

There is no gender discrimination in fact DEI has done the opposite by elevating incompetent women to jobs they cant do. Gender discrimination is a crime and a civil case. You complain to the EEOC.
These are the factors
What are your skills, education, experience, are you any damn good at anything. The free market will determine your value based on your ability and that is your responsibility. Not mine or any government. Need more money get more skills, work a second job, increase your human capital. If youre worth it your employer will do everything to keep you happy. If you feel your net treated fair quit.
Take responsibility for your own damn life. Or get a government job

Ah hell we are contemplating illegals to get Healthcare benefits, subsidies, free this and free that for votes, and countries to receive billions in aid and bull chit, but damned the American citizen for working hard and expecting fair treatment in the end right ?

At 65 for all retirees the check should be based off of the amount years worked in order to qualify for their check.

The check should only fluctuate based on year's or lack of year's worked. It should have a subsidy function for those who worked the same amount of year's, but were in professions that paid far less than other professions pay due to a myriad of factors, but they were equally as important to the entire picture as a person was that had the greater proffesion.

Two things evident in the world, and that is heaven and hell, so the choice is your's people.

You are getting lost in the weeds here. We are talking about the possibility of gender discrimination affecting the overall retirement of women who were caught up in discrimatory practices during their jobs that they loyally contributed to in their lives.

Youre asking other hard working people to pay for the mistakes of another out of their pockets
The solution to gender discrimination is a law suit.

Ok, how so if the wife is like $500+ less than mine ? She worked the same amount of years as me (maybe more), and her job's were more in the technical fields but still highly useful in the entire scheme of thing's. I just felt sorry for her, because I felt that she deserved the same as I had gotten once pulled the trigger.
