Women generally make less than men in many job titles that they hold due to many factors involved, but they work just as long and hard as men do when it comes to their contributions to the job markets. They've been loyal participants in the job market's as "citizen worker's" just like men have been for many year's.
So, should women qualify for the same pay as men once they apply for their social security ??? Should they be discriminated against because they are women in one final blow to them after they had dedicated their lives to working to M.A.G. for the many year's that they loyally held those positions, and in many cases they became or were the backbones that men relied upon in those positions when held ???
