I think the first two shots that were fired were justified. It broke up the situation and the two women fled. Legally, that was as far as she could go. Chasing after the other woman while firing the weapon shows intent to kill and she was no longer in fear for her life. She just wanted to kill someone. If you have ever been through a CCW course you would agree that she went way over the limits and should be tried and punished plus lose her gun rights for the rest of her life. Carrying a gun in public carries responsibilities that she stomped all over when she chased after the fleeing women.
