Woman Jailed for Miscarriage

No, they actually agree with me, hence why the homocide charge was dropped and she was released when their investigation found out it was a miscarriage.

If SC disagreed with me, and agreed with you, she would of been convicted of murder for having a miscarriage and gotten sentenced to prison.

Hence why you are wrong, as usual.
“Dropped” after she spent THREE WEEKS in jail

Yeah, believe it or not Govt makes mistakes a lot, in particular in the criminal justice field. What happened here was something was called murder, a Judge found PC to charge, but as the investigation went on, they found out it was a miscarrage and charges dropped. Thanksfully it only took a few weeks and she didn't have to go all the way to trial,

So what does this say? A miscarriage is not a crime, as you suggested

Lush has an impenetrable cloaking device provided and sustained by the echo chamber.

No facts affect Lush.

Apparently the state of South Carolina disagrees with you.

a woman had a miscarriage and was charged with murder

And spent three WEEKS in jail

On a murder charge.
Not on a miscarriage charge.

your point? people have spent a lot longer in jail, some even convicted and sent to prison, and later cleared.

Govt, all levels, make mistakes.

22 days in jail for a pregnancy she didn't know she had. This is the future of trumpism.

Compared to what? People getting convicted and going to prison before they are cleared?
Do you think people didn't get wrongfully charged, or convicted prior to Trump taking office? Are you that stupid?

For miscarrying a baby??

For miscarrying a baby??
No for getting wrongfully convicted or charged.

Miscarrying a baby isn't a crime, hence why this lady was cleared of the homicide by child abuse.

Try to keep up.

Miscarrying is not a crime, no matter how much you want to spread that false narrative. Hence why she was released and charges dismissed.

I love this

You keep reminding people that this poor woman was jailed for having a miscarriage

You’re the gift that keeps on giving

No, she was jailed because a judge found PC to charge her with homicide by child abuse. She was released and the charge dropped, because it was in fact a miscarriage.

I love how you continue to fail and pushing your false narrative, and how you show a complete lack of knowledge of the justice system, nor care about the actual facts.

No
She was jailed for murder.

She was released when the evidence showed miscarriage.

This is the easy stuff
It gets a lot harder from here.

Well… she had a miscarriage… and because of THAT… she was arrested and spent three weeks in jail.

Yes, lie.

I have no idea why you feel compelled to do so as often as you do.
Something triggered her arrest, and three weeks in jail. What was it? Oh yeah, now I remember. Her miscarriage.
