What happened here was something was called murder, a Judge found PC to charge, but as the investigation went on, they found out it was a miscarrage and charges dropped. Thanksfully it only took a few weeks and she didn't have to go all the way to trial,

So what does this say? A miscarriage is not a crime, as you suggested

No, they actually agree with me, hence why the homocide charge was dropped and she was released when their investigation found out it was a miscarriage.

If SC disagreed with me, and agreed with you, she would of been convicted of murder for having a miscarriage and gotten sentenced to prison.
