Woman Hits A Man In Walmart So He Kills Her With Slight Push

If she did get a skull fracture, and they don't treat it within an hour or so, her best outcome is to be a vegetable

Honestly not making light of it, but in her case?

A distinction without a difference.

I agree, but now he will most likely get sued into poverty. It just isn't worth it sometimes.

And don't get me wrong, I am not one of these "your response has to be proportional" morons, if some jackass pulls a razorblade out as a weapon, I'm going to shoot him!

I get your point as well. It is completely valid.

I had a woman punch me once. Hurt like a bitch. :D I did not immediately retaliate like this guy. I calmly told her if she hit me again I would punch back....Hard.

She got the message. No more punching. :)

BTW: Isn't it refreshing when Lefties (FOR ONCE) don't immediately BOMB a thread so we can actually have civilized disagreements and an exchange of intellectual ideas without personal affronts?

What a refreshing concept.

But's it's 1:30 AM eastern daylight.

By tomorrow I'm sure any productive dialogue we attempt will be curtailed by proclamations of "NAZI!" and "FASCISM!"

He could have held her arms and it would have been over... IMO

Fair enough.

But sometimes the animal reflexes just kick in.

And - by that standard?

I didn't perceive his response as disproportional.

Oh, I hear ya. I just have too much to lose getting my gratification by bitchslapping a bitch.

A friend down in Carson City heard a commotion behind his house, and it was some white haired leftist attacking his neighbors dogs.

He went over to help and heard the man threaten to shoot the dogs, and a gay guy who also lives next door.

My friend grabbed the guy and held him against the fence and told the gay guy to call the cops.

The dude started punching my friend, who told me "his punches had no power at all, he could hit me all day long and it wouldn't hurt, he also tried to kick me in the groin, so I pushed him down to the ground. I literally guided him because I was beginning to figure out that the guy was old, and had dementia."

It turns out my friend was correct. The cops came, and my friend explained what had happened and told the cops the guy had dementia. He then said he didn't want to file charges, because what's the point. He did have a report filed in case the guy came back with a gun and they were forced to shoot him.

My point in this is my friend would have been totally correct to demolish the guy, and he easily could have, but what would have been gained?

Excellent example, and yet another great post from your plethora of exemplary material.

You are one of the few folks on here who - when you post - I'm always gonna read.

BUT:

My point is that even your epic example relies on the MAN to do the right thing and be restrained.

Do you really think the woman in this video would hold any man to such a standard?

I'm genuinely inclined to believe quite the opposite.

No, no lefty I know would. Sometimes you just have to be the bigger person, even if the other person deserves a karmic bitchslapping.

If every dude had your perception of ethical balance?

This entire debate would be an exercise in redundancy.

If only, brother.

But - hey - full credit.

Thanks. I have the benefit of being pretty damned old. I've made plenty of mistakes, but fortunately I learned from them.....and they didn't hurt too bad :auiqs.jpg:

What if she kept punching him? I say this because no man should ever put hands on a woman. But that needs to be a two way street. She was in the wrong. Maybe the guy lets her keep hitting him, I don't know.

Walk away? Not sure she would have stopped.
He could have easily subdued her without killing her. It's not like she took a knife to a gunfight but that is the way he treated it.

What Blubber Bobby (he looks like his name is Bob for some reason :dunno:) did in that video is called a sucker punch. It's unjustified and illegal.

In jail the other guests are going to demand to see his papers.

In jailhouse pecking order guys who beat women are only one step up from child molesters, rapists and snitches.

At least he will lose some weight because that fatass won't be able to defend himself from a man. He can kiss those delicious jailhouse tater tots and honeybuns goodbye.

Walking away from little people (man or woman) doing stupid stuff like this is one of the burdens of being a big guy

Its not a sucker punch if she walked up to him and hit him first.

Explain how the incident in the video was a sucker punch

Doesn't matter. She didn't have enough strength to hurt him. Based on how easily she died, it's pretty obvious she was weak, and had low physical ability.

This was the perfect opportunity for the backhanded bitch slap.

Less dangerous than shoving someone, and gets the point across of "I used my open hand and make you look like a bitch"

It was totally unexpected and she wasn't defending herself. That's called a sucker punch.
Was it expected when she walked up and hit him? Was he defending himself?

Plus, how “unexpected” can it be? When you walk up and hit someone, don’t you kinda have to anticipate they’ll hit you back?

And there it is.

Self evident inexorability.

I dare ask you - as one of the more intelligent posters here; which gender tends to think logically vs. emotionally?

I know, I'm only confirming your ordained conclusion, but it is difficult to ignore in such stark terms.

Gotta disagree with you there, there are plenty of men (look at the left) who think with their emotions first. Women on the right are far more logical thinking than they are. :dunno:
