Woah! Insider trading breakdown: 59% of Congress members who own stocks are Republican. Just 41% are Democrats!

Find me a link to his indictment.

Two can play that game, Short Bus.
Wait. The game just ended because you and I agreed that nobody has been indicted.

Now hat dude named Hafar has egg on his face because he said Pelosi and her husband committed insider trading and you proved him wrong. I did not expect for you to screw your own buddy on the fact that Pelosi and her husband have not been indicted.

Now pick up that phone and tell Pam Bondi to indict Pelosi and her husband. Then wait patiently until your balls turn blue.

Most of Her Portfolio Is Sitting on the Upside

Between 2023 and mid-2025, Pelosi reported more than two dozen buys and a handful of sales across technology, software and private investments.

Over 70% of these trades have ended up profitable based on the price changes from the transaction date to the last price at filing.

For instance, Pelosi’s buy of Microsoft in June 2023 at around $348 saw the stock climb above $497 by 2025; a gain of around 43%.

A March 2023 Apple purchase at roughly $155 rose to $205, gaining over 32%.

And her repeat NVIDIA buys in 2024, at prices between ~$113 and ~$134, were up anywhere from 17% to nearly 40% by early 2025.

While exact profit figures aren’t disclosed, the financial ranges filed point to millions in paper gains. For a portfolio of this size, even a modest 20–30% rise often means seven-figure profits.

We need to pass a strong law against the Congress members owning stocks, which hopefully will stop being blocked by Republicans.

This should also include the president and vice president
59% of the members of Congress who own stocks are Republicans. Just 41% are Democrats.

Given that Republicans control both chambers, it is no wonder nothing real is advancing on this issue.
Yeah, we ALL want insider trading laws to applie to congress and the senate, and ANYONE ELSE WHO IS INVOLVED IN ANY LEVEL OF GOVERNMENT.

DUH.

Now, GFY again.

So many paragraphs to conclude “Trump’s DOJ won’t press charges on Pelosi on her husband”.

The **** I don't. I want every traitor, be they repub or democrat, to hang.

I want every criminal politician, or bureaucrat, whether democrat, or repub, to go to prison for whatever crimes they have committed.

Little Marxist you, wants to protect the corrupt political class, because you ARE, a traitor.

Yes but the republicans will attempt to single out the best / worst of the Democrats. Ignoring the elephants in the room.

This “Conservative” ignores Piglosi’s obvious insider trading and can only whine about Trump.

Weird.

I have a hard time believing it's not 100% or close to it.
Of course it is.

Congressfolk own stock. So does anyone with enough brains and self-discipline to invest savings in stock funds. There may be a couple of obscure Senators or Reps who hide their money in their mattresses or buy nothing but Gold and Silver.

Conman from Georgia thinks he's clever with those percentages. Yes, more Republican lawmakers own stock becuase there ARE more Republican lawmakers.

I'll bet more Reps own suits than democrats also, and not just because that Fetterman guy skews it a bit.

He loon from Georgia is saying 60% of Dem congresscritters don't own any stock whatsoever.
The statistic says it.

So Donald Trump DOJ is not prosecuting what is obvious? You’re confusing. Are you mad at Trump or Bondi? Or both?

Or could it be that you’re making up the whole obvious insider trading thing ?

They passed new laws under Obiden 1.0 because they got rich ahead of the ACA passing the cheating forkers.

They didn't follow the old or the new, Apparently. 0-2.

He has no credibility, he is a dishonest liberal that doesn’t have the balls to be honest.
He's no liberal.

Jakey mcfakerson is a full blown Marxist.

The Alabama Senator, accused of being crooked with stock trading, said he is opposed to banning said practice.
Tuberville is one of the many Republicans who engage in stock trading while being in Congress,
Members of Congress receive classified briefings and advance knowledge of upcoming legislation, regulations, and government contracts that the public doesn’t have access to.

Trading stocks with that insider knowledge would be illegal for any ordinary citizen, yet lawmakers can potentially profit from market-moving information they themselves helped create … a clear conflict of interest between their personal finances and their duty to the public.
