how can we wear our boots or shoes in water?
funny question, right?
that means when you put all of your feet wearing a high boots or shoes into the water, if the water cant seep into your shoes, that means the shoes or boots are good quality .

When I buy new cowboy boots they always have a tub of water outside to step into to make them fit really good. Just step into the water, have a smoke, and wear them around til they dry and you have a perfect fit.
Cowboy boots aren't supposed to be waterproof, if you have a horse you have no business walking in the water anyway.
