A "dirty bomb," aka a poor man's nuclear weapon that uses a conventional explosive device mixed with radioactive powder or pellets, hidden in a backpack and detonated, say, in a crowded New York City street will take out a few blocks and most likely kill thousands of people. After 911, the US government feared Islamic terrorists might acquire or construct one of these devices as well as biological disease samples, but getting a hold of radioactive or biological material proved to be more difficult for the terrorists. At the time Russia and the US were not as adversarial as today and Iran's support and funding of terrorists was limited.
Now, due to the US's latent Iran policy of appeasement as well as the Ukraine war it's much easier for terrorists to get what they need from Iran and perhaps Russia, and the technology for launching radioactive or biological attacks has improved with access to drones and the type of advanced missiles and ordinances that were once government tech, primarily US and the west.
BUT...how to get inside the US to use these weapons on the American public?
Simple...the US border is wide open.
Problem solved.
At last count there were hundreds of suspicious characters detained at the border who'd come from Syria, Iran, and other hostile nations. These were only the ones who were caught. There are more likely thousands who haven't been caught and are keeping a low profile in the US.
Truly nothing can be done now, so this is a mute point. It's already too late. The terrorist cells in the US are dormant now, but one word from Iran and they will activate.
So, when the Iranian leader recently threatened the US that wasn't mere rhetoric and should be taken seriously, and no, he didn't just mean targeting the US military in the middle east, despite what he said. This is what Iran does, fight through its proxies and use diversion to distract the enemy from its real targets.
So...now we come to an important question: what will you who are supporting your noble cause do when it happens? And yes, it is going to happen. That is very certain. It may be this year. It may be next year. It may be five, even ten years from now. Iran and its proxies are very patient and extremely vengeful. They funded the construction of the tunnels in Gaza for 20 years before finally unleashing their attack. Also, Bin Laden prepared for at least eight years before 911.
The upcoming US terror attacks will be no small affair, not some random Palestinian driving her car through what she thought was a Jewish synagogue or some Palestinian supporter striking an old man in the head and knocking him dead.
The upcoming attacks will make 911 look like a pizza party, and these bombs don't care if you're a Palestine supporter. They don't even care if you're a Palestinian, just as the terrorists in Gaza don't care about sacrificing their own people by placing them in harm's way. These will be indiscriminate attacks against the American people, no matter who you are. So if you are a supporter or protester for Palestine, then you are just another martyr for the cause of Palestinian liberation. And maybe that is what you want, to die for the cause of Palestinian liberation at the hands of those you supported.
Any American supporting the protestors but not wanting to die for the cause, well, maybe you're not that committed. It's obvious in the news reports with Americans not wanting to face or even talk about the atrocities of October 7: What a shame to not stand with your heroes for the cause who raped defenseless women and beheaded babies.
Iran wants revenge. The Palestinians want revenge for all the dead Palestinian babies. So don't shy away from the October 7 atrocities. Go ahead and proudly proclaim it. Even though that's probably not going to save you from the upcoming terrorist attacks on US soil. Remember, any American is a target. And what can you say about any American who would still support them after any future terrorist attack on your own people in which your own loved ones may be killed? Un-American? Blind? Stupid? Moronic? Just what do you call someone (mostly the youth) who does not know he or she is helping others to destroy himself or herself?
Anyway, it's interesting to watch this all play out with people so fanatical about their beliefs they are blind to their consequences.
If this all seems oblivious to dangers posed by the other point of view, not at all. It is very possible, admittedly, that any future terrorist attack on US soil could lead to a very severe backlash in which the US becomes a police state that persecutes anyone associated with Palestinian liberation. However, given present circumstances it'd appear the opposite is the case. The ball is in the Palestinian and by extension any supporting nation's court. For once, it'd be great for them to not do what they've always done for the last 70 years and seek vengeance for the attack brought on them because of the attack they themselves initiated, but we all know that'll never happen.
