Will Trump enforce the law and evict illegal aliens from our schools?

Section 1324 of title 8 of the US code makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to come to or reside in america so letting illegals attend our schools is an obvious violation.

8 U.S. Code § 1324 - Bringing in and harboring certain aliens

Enforcing this law will go a long way in making these parasites self-deport.

Fascinating how the Right (or your version of it) so likes to punish children for the acts of their parents. Will you apply this to mainstream law and justice in your new administration?

Short sighted morons don't understand that educating kids - even illegals - is better for our country as a whole.

Will wait and see what other new ways you come up with to justify abusing children.
We have always punished children for the criminal acts of their parents. Even non payment of bills and repossession punishes children for the wrongdoing of their parents. Try using a child as an excuse to keep your car from being repossessed.

What is better for our country as a whole would be to nicely and humanely deport these people.

Does that make it RIGHT?

There is a significant difference between your examples and the OP's. That difference is that the OP DIRECTLY targets children. Do you see that? Are you ok with that?

And..frankly, if you are a parent...how does that resonate with you?
Makes it lawful and therefore right.

Perhaps it can be done without targeting the education of children. Find other targets. Is that acceptable?

That is an awesome standard. I wonder if you are consistent with that? What do you think?

He may. I really wish he would try to deport me. A 78, almost 79 year old american born citizen. Is there a way he could do it? It would be fun to get the process rolling.

Start out with, because of Plyler v. Doe, the children of illegals will be able to continue to suck off our system. Now that that is out of the way.

There isn't a law applied to a parent that does not impact children. When mommy and daddy are dragged out of the house in the middle of the night it severely punishes the children who are then hauled off to foster care. So robbery, murder, drug dealing and human sex trafficking targets children.

Failure to pay rent targets children who had a home, then the bad marshalls came and threw all their stuff out in the street.

That's why there are parents who are supposed to conduct their lives to not break laws which would target children. I'm okay with that. If these parents cared, they would be making their homeland a better place, not trying to steal someone else's.

I'm okay with punishing parents EVEN THOUGH there is a secondary effect of punishing children. When it's the children who need it, of course I'm okay with punishing them.

It is done every day. Thousands of times a day. Parents have an obligation to conduct their lives in ways that does not subject their children to punishment. This means that parents should not be criminals.

In fact, I'll go further. Parents have an OBLIGATION to not be criminals and cause their children pain. Perhaps there should be an enhancement to punishment. An extra five years if you're a parent. Maybe that would make criminals think twice.

Plyer v doe is not a law, though the SC says it is. In fact it is just a ruling in one particular case and only applies to the parties involved in that case. That is the way our legal system is supposed to work.

.

Nobody is punishing children. They simply can't use our schools because they are NOT AMERICAN CITIZENS, They can return to their home country and get all the schooling they want. THINK
