I hope the silent majority of voters have a brain and get out and vote. Time for them to cast their own ballots instead of others using them. Despite a pitiful participation of only about a third of voters even bothering to vote, many places claimed that 100% or MORE than 100% of eligible voters supported Obama in the last election. Impossible!!!

I think some clever cheating is going on and there is no way to uncover it without actually contacting legally registered voters and asking if they actually used the ballot meant for them.
