You ignore the fact that Anthony was legally carrying a small knife and that the Metcalf brothers did not have any authority to walk into that tent and demand that Anthony leave.

It was legal to carry the knife but it was against school policy to have it on school grounds. You people have been told this already.

They weren't the only ones who asked him to leave the tent. He chose to stay with an opposing team who clearly did not want him to be there, inevitably leading to escalation. Bad choice number two.

The only "Merit" here was that Allison was white and got a lesser sentence.

Otherwise, they were both cases where a teenage fight ended with someone stabbing another kid.

If anything, Allison's case was worse because

1) He bragged for days about how he was going to put the other kid in the Hospital
2) He stabbed the other kid multiple times
3) He fled the scene and tried to leave the jurisdiction.

But yet he only gets 10 years and Anthony gets 35 becuase Allison was white, and some poor white boy going to prison for life is too much for some of you people

No he wasn't LEGALLY carrying that knife, and a three-and-a-half-inch blade isn't "small" it's just not classified as a deadly weapon. In the states I have lived in the threshold for a knife to become a weapon is four inches. No knife was legal to be carried by a student on school grounds, and you keep ignoring the fact that Anthny had already been suspended for carrying a knife on school grounds. He apparently didn't learn from the first disciplinary action.
