If they riot the Supreme Court said that while Trump cannot use the National Guard in some instances, this is one where they and even the military can be brought in. Case in point: The 1992 Los Angeles riots where the Marine Corps and other forces were brought in to quell the rioting. Once the rioters started getting shot down, it became nice and quiet.
