The websites are vastly improved but still a failure and that is still the good news about the whole subject of Ocare.
So far the closure of hospitals due to the end of federal subsidies has been a trickle. These closures will likely increase.
The number of hospitals that refuse to be part of Ocare networks is more likely to increase than decrease due to the low and slow pay of expanded medicaid.
The expansion of Medicaid without expansion of MDs who accept medicaid has yet to bite.
The availability of non-subsidy ACA compatible plans is becoming better known and more utilized. This will suck up the healthy insurance customers needed to make Ocare viable.
So who will defect first congressional Ds or exchange insurance companies?
