Whether or not they will get cash is not the point. Which you are quite aware of but its more fun to twist things to what they are not. THE POINT is, since you need clarification is....WE ARE PAYING TAXES. THEY ARE NOT. Yet they get the perks of being CITIZENS when they are ILLEGAL.
