So, IYO, if a jury looks at the evidence and finds Lemon had constitutional protections for reporting on the incident in the church they must all be liberals? I'm actually OK with the implication liberals have respect for 1st A rights. Moreover, I'm not surprised you don't.

I'm no expert on constitutional law but my guess is his rights in that regard ended at the church door. Meaning, he probably should have stayed outside and reported from there.
