Will Biden Pardon Trump?

Dark Brandon's revenge on the WEF/Democrats that forced him out?

I used to think that Biden would step aside for Harris, but his rough handling makes me think he isn't going to resign to make her President. Instead, he will be thinking of rehabilitating his own legacy. Since he is going to pardon his son anyway, why not pardon Trump as well? This "magnanimous" act could then be used to recast him as a unifying peacemaker who voluntarily chose to not run again (even though he would have beaten Trump again). That way, he could also claim partial credit for ending the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East. Way to go, Mr.President!

I accurately predicted two years ago that Biden would not be renominated, so argue at your own risk.
Only people Biden is going to pardon is his kid and maybe himself.

What makes you believe Biden is going to pardon his son? Who is telling you this? Fox?
Joe pardons Hunter after the election. He can't turn a sow's ear into a silk purse, without losing support for Kamala. Hunter's type serving time is what Kamala is all about!

It does seem to be a way out of the problem of burnt, fake, and stolen, etc. ballots.
Have other democracies had to deal with the same problems? And how?
No. Most politicians took their loss like a man. Trump has massive shortcomings in that area.

I don’t think he can

But better for him is he can appoint an Attorney General who refuses to prosecute and states can’t touch him while President
The Courts could rule that he can not; however there is nothing in the constitution limiting the president from pardoning himself. Also, pardoning himself is not a prevention to impeachment.

President Joe Biden said he would not pardon his son Hunter amid an ongoing felony gun trial during a wide-ranging exclusive interview with ABC News anchor David Muir at the Normandy American Cemetery on the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

Muir asked Biden on Thursday if he would accept the outcome of his son's trial in Wilmington, Delaware, to which the president said, "Yes." Biden also said "yes" when asked by Muir if he would rule out a pardon for Hunter.

A president cannot pardon himself. Thanks to the insane and corrupt Supreme Court, we are already bordering on granting the presidency the divine right of kings.

It would be a catastrophic mistake to allow a president to pardon himself. The consequences would be the beginning of the end of our democracy.

Trump cannot pardon himself for his New York state conviction.

Nor could he pardon himself if convicted in Georgia.

What Trump can and will certainly do if he is elected is fire every federal prosecutor who is a threat to him.

He's a complete sociopathic whackjob, but he understands that Putin isn't going to back off on a war that America is responsible for starting.

Kamala can only talk winning, but that is seldom mentioned.

Trump gets to choose his prosecutor making Presidents above the law

The president was never stripped of the rights that applied to the British monarchy.

Neither political party is going to interfere with that glitch in the Constitution.

Another attempted coup by either side can only be answered by a military junta.

Will Biden Pardon Trump?

Uh, no.
Yes, he probably will. It's much more important to America to offer an olive branch than to cause big trouble that's coming.

I can see them practically doing each other for the cause.

Pardon him for what? He has 34 state felonies that will be overturned on appeal. A President cannot pardon state crimes anyway.

Biden has already made it clear he is not pardoning his son.
True, but I don’t believe him. When push comes to shove I expect Biden to do what every father would do.

For all those Crimes the Republican Congress failed to find?
They just didn't have the votes, it doesn't mean that Biden didn't do the crimes. Biden had better pardon Trump or he and his family could end up in prison when Trump becomes president. Biden is kind of stupid and senile but hopefully he can see the writing on the wall.
