At the time she was SoS, which is not an elected office, but one charged with carrying out America's (not just Hillary or Obama's) foreign policy, Bill was selling access to for govts. If we learned a potus was accepting donations from for govts (alleged against Obama but not proven) we should be outraged. But apparently Hillary supporters see a difference.
