Bad judges (whether liberal or conservative) should be removed from the bench by higher courts or the state, but they aren't. Saw a thing on Steve Letto about how infrequently judges rightfully found guilty of misconduct or being maleficent in duty on or off the bench. Turns out they are basically self policed mostly by other or higher judges, mostly getting stood down for a while and then being returned to the bench. Go figure. Liberalness in and of itself is not the crux. Being shitty should be.

we don't even know what to call some jusstices... on scotus

i mean, why didn't they take the vote fraud cases? esp the one TX initiated... other states joined..

some states did things by the Book (Constitution, etc). Others cheated

you'd think they would be above politics... Maybe on some cases they are? But again, this was the most important case that has come along in decades.. maybe even most Important of all considering the HIDEOUS ramifications, namely we don't have America anymore... The Trump yearss were the last years of a truly American country... I am not exaggerating or fear mongering. That just happens to be the truth as I know it... I, who never read non-fiction... and have been following nothing but current events and modern history for many moons...

They were never declared illegal prior to this judges declaration.

The judge said the drop boxes were illegal. That means they're illegal for 2022, 2024, and 2020. So the ballots for Biden in those illegal drop boxes need to be thrown out.

It was not ruled illegal at the time. You cannot get a speeding ticket for going 55 a week before they change the limit to 45
