Obama authorized drone strikes on Isis, al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups in those countries. While it's cute that you would call those "wars" against those entire countries, surely, you can't possibly equate that with dropping multiple 30,000 bombs on another country's key nuclear facilities and doing it in secret, right?

Congress Authorized the use of force for the War on Terror... this Authorization action and free reign for the previous presidents, was put to an end by a Congressional vote.
