Didnt say they were nice. I said Califirnia set the stage by their BS policies for it to happen. They caused Bankruptcies of 2 of their power suppliers.

Im very familiar as I helped build a power plant there. A peaker was just down the road but the EPA woyldnt allow them to go to full power. So only 20 miles away they had black outs.
