Why This is Not the Time for Unity

We can all agree the person who killed Kirk was an extremist. Same with the person who killed Melissa and her husband. It does not reflect on either part as a whole.

I disagree.

I work on a concept called 'preponderance of evidence.'

And so far, the most egregious examples come from the left.

This is the time to separate the wheat from the chaff. Millions have mocked or cheered the murder of Charlie Kirk. Anyone who would celebrate the murder of a young man, a husband, and a father to two young children is sick and evil. They are deeply disturbed.


But you who love your Country must declare yourself as well, forcefully and fearlessly.

I believe you haven't looked closely at the far-right. The data reflects more than double the political murders and attacks than the far-left. That is significant and probably why they list far-right extremist as Americas' biggest problem.

WTF? "Once and for all"? Can we call it the "final solution" to disunity?

Attitudes like this are the reason why the other side calls us fascists.

Strive for unity wherever you can find it. And if you can't find it, then walk away. Don't imagine that you're going to "stop the evil". You can't. Even trying might just make you evil.

I started this thread very carefully saying no violence. I do not want to reciprocate the Left's violence. Then we really would have a civil war. But when polling shows almost half of Leftist support violence to silence others or further their goals unity is not possible imho.

The Left has lost. They have no remorse. Witness this thread. I am watching their slow suicide.

What a crock. This is a lie and an excuse for the heaviest possible hand of government to take over.

There's no way of knowing where it will point when it stops. It will not end well for anyone, blame who you will.

Yup. Both ends have played a full part in this, and the rest of country hasn't been paying enough attention. No one is "innocent".
