The war in heaven is still going on. It's between good and evil. The left is evil and the right is mostly good. At least those attempting to preach Christ and his gospel. I will always use the words of Christ to defend against the war of evil. I won't use physical weapons to get my way. I will continue to use the weapons of the gospel, the word of God. That's what Kirk was doing and killed physically by a physical weapon. I'm not looking to negotiate. That's what the left wants because they are at permanent war of good versus evil and are the evil ones. People will not stop persecuting each other because we have free moral agency in this world. We had it in our pre-earth existence as well. That's because the churches established by Christ and his Apostles, left for bishops to run, apostatized. They changed the doctrine and ordinances of the Gospel. The changes didn't all happen at once either. However, amazingly, we still see a strong resemblance through the Bible that we have. Enough of one that still teaches to follow and be like Christ. Not all do but then again, 45,000 of the various Christian churches do not have apostles or prophets which according to Jesus Christ in Ephesians, is the foundation of His church. They have teacher and preachers, evangelists (missionaries), priests, deacons, but they have the necessary foundation of apostles and prophets. Only one Church has that by way of apostles and prophets ordaining them to apostleship and prophet, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The Church is perfect but the people in it still are living in the world and make mistakes. But, we have the true doctrines and ordinances back again.

Are apostles are very strong men. Both in ancient times and current latter day times. You also keep using the wrong word, religion. No, I don't think he was there to create a religion. He was there to establish his "CHURCH" organization. That's why he called the 12 Apostles, the 70 and other groups of his disciples. He didn't come to walk the earth with his message. He came to organize a group of disciples to take the correct doctrine, commandments and ordinances to the four corners of the earth. That means to as many countries as possible around the world.
Now, the Apostles were meek men. Not weak men. Meek men are leaders who with the Holy Ghost spread his Gospel and organized churches (Wards and Stakes) to where they could get to. It's not your place to judge their strength or weaknesses as many left their families to do missionary work. They left their jobs to make money as well. They were actually very strong men as most met a truly awful ways to die. Something you could never do as you truly are a weak person.

You will not realize the truth until you go back to what you call Heaven and you will no doubt have to return to this world because you haven't learned anything important or relevant. Most of us are blank slates when we visit here. Jesus was one of the exceptions. There are only a few others.
