Now if he went after a Radio station it would be much different, as most people still listen to radio over the licensed broadcast frequencies.
To me it was more of his posturing and bluster, but if you read how the broadcast laws are written, the reason companies are given rights to certain bandwidth relies on them working in 'the public interest" which leads to all sorts of interpretive issues.
