Because she recognizes that autocrats like Vladimir Putin, Kim Jung Un, Xi Jinping, Viktor Orban and Recep Erdogan do not have friendly intentions towards this nation and should not be praised or encouraged. Because she is a woman and a minority, both groups historically under-represented in government.
