NATO is not invading Russia and I doubt Putin is going to invade NATO countries. Nobody’s gonna press Russia very hard militarily directly. They’ve been very careful, including not admitting the request of Zelly boy to join NATO or put their/our troops in country to fight against the Russians. The reason for that is the two biggest nuclear powers are Russia and the United States, and if World War III ever breaks out the planet is basically done. I don’t believe Putin is completely sane, I guarantee he’s already thought about using tactical nukes in Ukraine cities if he starts losing heavily even if he did, we would not respond in kind to Russia because NATO and the US knows that would lead to World War III and not a conventional war. I wish the Ukrainians success and I hope they win, the reality is this is their war to fight and we/Nato are going to provide limited support.

Simplest solution is winning in Ukraine and getting a peace plan that avoids WW3.

1. Litwin, you should keep these Russia posts in the Military discussion. It has very little to do with US politics.

2. Americans do not want to get involved in European politics or wars, except when NATO triggers a US military response under Article-5.

3. Your use of the word "decolonisation" is moronic, the word you need to use is "conquer". There is no way that NATO will invade Russia and risk a nuclear war. Putin won't live forever, and Russia and NATO need to bide their time until Russia can be brought back into the communion of civilized nations. Advocating WW3 is really stupid.

4. If Putin is stupid enough to invade a NATO country that would be a stupid idea as well.

5. You should be brainstorming ways to end the war on Ukraine, not starting WW3.
