For the most part there's crime in large cities because that's where the big bucks are. There is continued crime because the criminal doesn't get prosecuted or gets a slap on the wrist.

We have lots law enforcement. We wouldn't need soldiers if democrats weren't weak on crime. Law enforcement are locking up the same people over and over and over again, continually putting their lives on the line because of the very same people being let right back out on the streets.
