The biggest bottlenecks right now are energy and water. There's massive demand for the chips (I saw that NVDA is at 12:1 demand to supply), but it's all slowing down.

The AI buildout has held the economic numbers and the stock market up all year, much like the Dot Com thing did in the 90's. But the big difference between the two is the bottleneck.
