The Director of the Harris-Biden Secret Service was asked exactly that during the congressional hearing:
As you see, she flatly refused to answer. No reason, no privilege asserted, not even the fake "ongoing investigation privilege that our agencies invented to avoid accountability. Just "I'm not going to provide a name."
But, she tacitly acknowledged that it was a woman. That doesn't necessarily mean that the agent in charge was a DEI hire or promotion. But given the propensity of the Harris-Biden administration to judge people by anything but merit, it seems likely.

Simple reason they did not delay. It would have made the news if the Harris-Biden SS had asked Trump to wait to go on stage. Then their incompetence in not providing effective overwatch of the rooftop, making the rally site into a shooting gallery, would have been exposed. They crossed their fingers, kissed their rainbow keychains, and whatever else lefties do instead of praying, that threat would not be realized.
But, even in covering up their incompetence, they display more incompetence. They not only exposed their incompetence, but got a good family man killed and a future president almost assassinated.
