Why is Mrs. Clinton 'feeling better'?

A CNN report showed a reporters asking her if she 'feels better'. Mrs. Clinton affirmed that she was but what was wrong with her before? If you are feeling better now then it kind of implies that you weren't before hence the term feeling better. What is wrong with this lady?
