Jill Biden arrived in Tokyo, Japan Thursday afternoon in her first solo trip overseas since her husband Joe is too feeble to travel.
Joe Biden could barely speak at last night’s CNN town hall as Jill Biden hopped on Air Force One to attend Friday’s opening ceremony for the summer Olympic Games.
Jill arrived at Yokota Air Force Base wearing a face mask.

Jill Biden wore see-through slippers and a $3,000 Tom Ford dress to meet with Prime Minister Suga and his barefoot wife Mariko Suga.

Jill Biden will also meet Emperor Naruhito of Japan at the Imperial Palace on Friday.

Why is the First Lady representing our country on foreign diplomatic trips. We didn’t elect her. In fact Joey Xi wasn't elected by the People.
What an incredible insult to the leaders of Japan and it's citizens--- nothing about a "goodwill tour" ---- this is about the First Lady.
Certainly the was the responsibility of the Vice President or the Secretary of State not the "First Lady".

It was reported on Sunday that Joe Biden will not be attending the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Olympics on July 23. Instead, he is sending his wife, Jill Biden. While this might not sound like a big deal, the devil is in the details. According to the report, Jill Biden “holding a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga [is] among the possible events the two governments are looking into.”​

Does the White House team really think they get away with this? In addition to other incidents that have raised questions about Biden’s mental health and whether he is really running things, sending Jill Biden to have diplomatic meetings with an ally seems particularly suspicious.​

“When did Jill Biden begin to assume diplomatic meetings with a major ally on behalf of the United States and her husband’s administration?” asks Karen Townsend at our sister site HotAir. “Why isn’t Joe Biden going?
