Why I haven't given up on peace between Israel and Palestine

Roudy; Alfalfa; et al,

It is all about the love of power; not money, not children. It is --- not about religious beliefs, and not about the people.

While many will always argue that these factors have an impact, they are merely symptoms of power.

"Peace will come when Arabs love their children more than they hate the Jews"
Golda Meir

Peace will come when jews love their children more then they love land.
Doesn't make sense. I'll give you credit for effort though, so it was only a partial fail.
(QUESTIONS)

  • Do you think, even for a moment, that HM King Abdullah bin Saud (former commander of the Saudi Arabian National Guard, and former deputy defense minister) wants a million or so radical Palestinian Jihadist and Fedayeen out of work and running loose in the region, stirring up trouble that could potentially threatens the Saudi Kingdom?

  • Do you think, even for a moment, that HM King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein (former Major General and commander of Jordan's Special Forces) wants a million or so radical Palestinian Jihadist and Fedayeen out of work and running loose in the region, stirring up trouble that could potentially threatens the Heshamite Kingdom?

  • Do you think, even for a moment, that either Adly Mansour, the Acting President of Egypt and Chief Judge of the Supreme Constitutional Court, or General Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi, Deputy Prime Minister (formerly Commander-in-Chief of the Egyptian Armed Forces, as well as Minister of Defence) for Egypt, wants a million or so radical Palestinian Jihadist and Fedayeen out of work and running loose in the region, stirring up trouble that could potentially threatens the State of Egypt? (Especially those with ties to HAMAS and the Muslim Brotherhood!)

  • Do you think, even for a moment, that Michel Suleiman, President of Lebanon, (formerly the Commander of the Lebanese Armed Forces), wants a million or so radical Jihadist and Fedayeen of Hezbollah out of work and running loose in the region, stirring up trouble that could potentially threatens the State of Lebanon?

(COMMENT)

There are a half dozen (or so) Palestinian militant groups (or there remnants) that have some extremely dangerous personalities within there numbers.
  • Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades
  • Hamas
  • Holy Jihad Brigades
  • Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine
  • Palestinian Islamic Jihad
  • Palestine Liberation Front
  • Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine
  • Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine - General Command
  • Popular Resistance Committees

The various political power brokers would, in many cases, want to maintain the status quo, with the military force preponderance in favor of the Israelis; even within much of the Arab world. The continuation of the Arab-Israeli conflict keeps the radical elements focused away from the regional governments, yet held at bay, by the Israelis.

Most Respectfully,
R

They (whoever they are) mooch money an weapons to steal land from the Palestinians then lease it to the Jews. A scam second only to central banks.

A profound statement, Tinny. Really.

There will never be peace in Palestine until one side is destroyed. Neither side is willing to do what is necessary for such peace, if they did there would have been peace decades ago. Both are dug in now.

Yes, the Arabs are committed to killing the last Jew. And the stubborn peace-denying dug-in Jews are determined not to allow themselves to be killed.

You are right if Israel had let itself be destroyed there would have been peace. Allowing the Arabs to continue do what they do best: kill each other.
