Billo_Really,
et al,
In real life, vacuum cleaners kill spiders. If you cross a busy road without looking, you get whacked by a car. If you fall from a tree, you break some bones.
Real life's nasty. It's cruel. It doesn't care about heroes and happy endings and the way things should be. In real life, bad things happen. People die. Fights are lost. Evil often wins.
I just wanted to make that clear before I begun.

When you choose an action, you choose the consequences of that action. When you desire a consequence you had damned well better take the action that would create it.

Does it make you happy people can't get the healthcare they need, as a result of your vicious and inhuman attacks?
So do you think they should just sit there and do nothing as you blow their buildings and children to bits?
(COMMENT)
The Arab Palestinian and their leadership really don't want healthcare and have chosen a path that set the conditions for outcome to "their buildings and children."
One doesn't lend positive reinforcement for bad behavior. We don't reward the Hostile Arab Palestinian and their supporting constituency for their improper behaviors. We encourage a behavior modification through a series of positive and negative reinforcement.
What is necessary to achieve the goal you desire is to first get the HoAP to begin by weighing the consequences for their actions; to consider them, in terms of the immediate consequences, and the alternatives.
If, by firing rockets and mortars indiscriminately into Israel, if by digging tunnels into Israel for nefarious activities, if by conducting hostile operations against the sovereignty and people of Israel, the People of Palestinian are not achieving the desired results, THEN, behaviors must be changed.
"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― ― Albert Einstein
For the HoAP to attempt, over and over again, the same strategy, and expecting the Israelis to respond differently is, by definition: Insanity!
We do not reward the terrorists
(Jihadist and Fedayeen) and populations that support terrorism by adhering to their demands.
Most Respectfully,
