Kimmel is a hack with no comedic expertise, IMO. His show slowly losing viewership and then he lied about the shooter trying to blame the right (he meant Trump) for the assassination of the highly popular Charlie Kirk. He went too for the networks, they pressured Iger who folded and now, Kimmel is history. The FCC has nothing to do with it.

He was a top comedian, which is why he got to host the show. He didn't lie about anything. Trump and his minions are the ones lying. Charlie Kirk was not all that popular. Kimmel is about to get richer and even more famous, especially if he refuses to apologize. The man is rich, trump can't do anything to hurt him.

And in the delivery of that one comment wasn't even 30 seconds in his whole skit, and the Assassin guy was raised in a Maga, Trump loving, God fearing, gun loving, conservative, tight knit family for 19 of his 22 years...he was not as the lying Maga has implied before they even knew who he was... raised in some radical political leftist liberal, hippy or gang or gay parent or one parent family.... Facts are facts.

That just seems ridiculous to make such a fit over such a small small small thing....from a late night stand up comic, that doesn't have that huge of an audience....certainly, he's never gotten more views of any of his skits on youtube or ABC than this one, due to the MAGA tears bringing attention....

Get a grip. Not all Republicans are MAGAts, so don't be part of the problem. Not all people that hunt are actually part of what you might think of as the gun culture, certainly not the violent types. And many good fathers, teach their kids to hunt, harvest game, care for the land and wildlife population and back country skills, very useful, not so much gun culture, as self-sufficiency, with proper aim, breathing, and muscle control technique only a small part, taught along with safety, responsibility, and everything that should go along with gun ownership. The gun he gave him was a bolt action hunting rifle, not a full auto assault weapon. The dumbassed kid is 22, not 15. The responsibility for his actions are his own. He "the shooter" is the malfunction, here, as far as I know. I am probably more of the "gun culture" than that asshole kid, and you have probably never met anybody more responsible than me. Oh, and I taught all 3 of my kids (including my daughter) to shoot, and they are the responsible types, also.
